Welcome to a special place — Your escape to Delphinium House, Vacation Rental, or B&B (when the owner is in residence by your request only) on beautiful Whidbey Island.

Reservations for Vacation Rental or Bed and Breakfast

  • Rates - $125.00 single occupancy of one bedroom per night plus tax,  -  for the upstairs Penn Cove View, Queen ensuite bedroom, or the very private downstairs Garden suite with handicapp access and handicapp shower plus full bathroom, and walk in closets.
    • May be a shared situation if not booking the entire house.

  • Rates -  $250.00 full vacation rental per night plus tax, -  for full occupancy of the entire house, for one or both bedrooms, as a vacation rental.

  • If you like to be spoiled - the Bed and scrumptous Breakfast is available by request.   The upstairs Penn Cove View ensuite Bedroom and breakfast room will be yours, and the owner and her well behaved dog and cat will be in residence.
  • Rates for the B&B are $125.00 plus tax, and an additional $10.00 per person for full breakfast of your choice, or let me suprise you with my gournet  menu.

  • Method of payment - Cash, Checks, or Travelers Checks
  • Your reservation - It is wise to book in advance whenever possible. Your reservation is guaranteed with payment for your first night’s lodging whenever timing makes this possible.

  • Availability - Delphinium House is open April 1st through the end of November. Special arrangement may be made at other times of the year, if I am able to meet your needs.
  • Cancellations - must be made within 72 hours of the date of arrival for a full refund.
  • Check-in time - Any time after 3:00 PM. Late arrivals, please notify!
  • Check-out time - 11:00 AM.
  • Your balance invoice - will be presented to you on the first morning of your stay and is due at this time for the number of days you are at Delphinium House.
